Government assistance requires almost a cranial enema: bank account number, bank account amount, income amount, assets. For such a minimal amount of help, the income level requirement is so low, that as soon as someone gets ahead, they get cut off. How are they supposed to have extra money for medical expenses, along other expenses? The worst part is that some people might have to bend over to get the procedure.
