American Express are predators

Got a refund for cancelled product, cancelled a dispute, then the assholes recharge me. 2nd time I have had trouble with their billing practices. This is how they are making money on their sinking ship. Hold up your money or refuse to give it back. I have to now wait until Dec 11 for them to investigate the 2nd dispute over the recharge.
