Amex has gone downhill, a lot of trouble to contact them and use points now

Pretty helpful reps when they know what they are talking about, but some either don't listen or don't understand the customer.  Paying with points is now less accessible.  You have to have a certain amount instead of just using what you have.  Pretty sneaky, why  not just do away with them then?  I don't understand all the pretentiousness of these big companies.  Do they think we cannot see through their tricks?

Why Aftermarket Siping On Your New Tires Is Bullshit

Why Aftermarket Siping On Your New Tires Is Bullshit

Just Awful

This site and company has hit bottom.  Once a popular, easy-to-use site, with loads of information.  I cannot even log in after changing my password 4 times.  "Suzanne," who answered me in an email from the live chat that  is never live, just gave me another reset link, which did not work.  I asked to have my account deleted twice, and my request was ignored. Don't waste your time.
