libraries of the 14th century were probably better

I am very concerned about the lousy service in these outlander libraries in Lewistown and Juniata Counties.  The librarians do not know how to look up simple reference questions, nor do they know how to use inter-library loan or technology, which is a must.  These libraries are about 20 years behind the times.  Their library cards don't work, the websites don't work, and no one seems to know anything.  Where are these people getting their training, or are they trained at all.

I am so shocked at the service, or disservice, I can say I now know why libraries are losing ground in this century.

If I see a stagecoach drive up to either of these libraries, I will not be surprised.
