I still haven't figured this one out. Why have both? Sounds like someone had way too much time on their hands.

The Latest from PFA, Penn Foster Adventures
I would like an explanation of the grading process. There is no one correct answer for some of these codes. What coding material are you using for grading, if any? It is your duty as an instructor to help students, why the brush off? You need to explain why these are wrong.
Missing E code is right on the paper; not my fault if you didn't see it.
4. The process of finding a corresponding diagnosis code between ICD-9 and ICD-10 is called: conversion and mapping from a crosswalk or reverse crosswalk . Why is this wrong? I mentioned mapping, the question is vague.
Ecode
E882 missing Should have been Y code missing
accidental fall from building, but you have to mention out of the window, too
Who thinks up this crap?
ICD-10-CM codes
S06.0X4 a concussion with loss of consciousness of 16 hours
W139XXA Fall from, out of or through building or structure (external causes of morbidity)
ICD-10-PCS
0N570ZZ right occipital craniectomy

Indeed's cat commercial makes me sick
I have written to numerous organizations about this commercial. It seems like Indeed persists in showing this commercial just to irritate and make people sick.
The cat is dressed in a space suit and is obviously not comfortable. He meows twice and it doesn't sound like he is too happy.
I will keep writing until this commercial gets pulled. I have written to the FCC, Indeed.com, and the AHSociety.
If I have to stop watching TV, I will.

libraries of the 14th century were probably better
I am very concerned about the lousy service in these outlander libraries in Lewistown and Juniata Counties. The librarians do not know how to look up simple reference questions, nor do they know how to use inter-library loan or technology, which is a must. These libraries are about 20 years behind the times. Their library cards don't work, the websites don't work, and no one seems to know anything. Where are these people getting their training, or are they trained at all.
I am so shocked at the service, or disservice, I can say I now know why libraries are losing ground in this century.
If I see a stagecoach drive up to either of these libraries, I will not be surprised.

Medical Coding: Step by Step book
Medical Coding: Step by Step book

This book is horrible. No wonder the accredited medical programs don't use it. The explanations are disjointed and the examples have nothing to do with the questions. I wonder how she keeps getting this book published?
Also, I keep wondering, where is the billing part of the program? I don't think it exists. Thank god I will not be seeking serious employment after taking this program No one will hire us.

MDs
MDs need to take some sociology, psychology, and economics classes, or read the paper. They are totally out of touch with health care.
